Our office is open 8:30-7pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30-4pm Friday and 9:30-1pm Saturday. Closed on Sunday

My hours vary depending on the hospital ER schedule, but there is always a health care provider on-call to meet your needs

Our office is located on the 2nd floor of 60 Gillingham Dr. in Brampton, Ontario (above the Service Canada office). We are next to the Rona store at the corner of Bovaird Ave and Main St.

As a Family Health Team, we have 9 Family Physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and Registered Nurses/Practical Nurses. We also provide mental health counselling, nutritional counselling, health education and pharmacy support.

To reduce viral exposure, our office has begun “virtual” care by telephone. Please contact the office to schedule a call from your health care provider. For urgent/emergent matters, go to your nearest Emergency Department or call 911. If required to be seen in the office (childhood vaccinations, prenatal care, other), you will be screened over the phone prior to your in-person appointment.

Please note: due to limited personal protective equipment at the office, the majority of issues will be managed over the phone or directed to the Urgent Care Centre/Emergency Department.
